In view of the modern world being so different from the ancient world, or even the mediaeval one, we have decided to dedicate a series of articles to modern thought processes. The task is immense, but one step brings back a stone to the bridge from whence it was once quarried. You all know that. Without further ado, let us unravel the wonderful world of Thought Processes Today, Part 1!
A similar thing to a thought process is hard to find – at least if we are stupid enough to use any conventional methods. Let me explain why. A thought process is often seen as a phenomenon unique to mankind, and mankind is most often seen as a unique phenomenon to the Universe. So there! We will only need to think outside the box and the envelope will push itself, am I not correct? If only it were that simple.
Mankind has developed an inner sense of thinking. It has taken us at least five million years, but that depends on where you begin the count. In fact, years might also have been of different lengths during different eras, just like different calendars are different. If this seems like exaggeration, think a bit further. Now there’s exaggeration for you! See?
All of the above can be called a thought process. It clears its own way with a relentless push – much the same way the envelope does when we place it outside the box. But we are not doing this to tell you about boxes. You know about boxes already.
A box is most often a cubical container. It is far smaller than a railway cargo container, for instance, and for practical reasons bigger than a midge. Things can be put into boxes, and thinking can be performed outside boxes. This is even encouraged.
We hope this is the first part of the article series, and that you have enjoyed it. The second part will be much better. It will contain much much more information, and readers will be amazed at its depth, width, height, and length. It will be four-dimensional in its own inimitable way. It will.
